²⁹ See that the Lord had given you the Sabbath. This is why he has given you two days worth of bread on the sixth day. Let every person stay where he is. No one is to go out on the seventh day to the place where they find it.”

³⁰ The people, therefore, rested on the seventh day.

³¹ The children of Israel called it manna. It was like coriander seed and was white. It tasted like wafers made from honey.
